Important Reminders
Your e-voucher confirms your reservation only and is not your official boarding ticket yet. Before boarding, proceed to Window 1 – Online Validation for ticket validation.
Strictly NO BOARDING without ticket validation.
Arrival: Arrive 45 minutes before departure, or 1 hour early if you have large or multiple pieces of baggage.
Reservation: Valid only for the date, schedule, and trip shown on your e-voucher. Late arrival or failure to board will result in forfeiture of your reservation.
Discount: Passengers availing of a discount must bring their valid ID and required supporting documents for verification at Window 1.
Refund: Request at least 24 hours before scheduled departure.
Rebooking: Allowed once, at least 1 day before departure, and the new trip must be within 2 days from the original trip date.
