3. Refund Policy
Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made 1 day before the scheduled departure date.
Approved refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation surcharge/deduction from original ticket amount.
Refund processing may take several business days depending on the payment method used.
Non-Refundable Cases
Tickets are non-refundable under the following circumstances:
Failure to boar the scheduled trip ("No Show")
Lost reservation slips or tickets.
Rebooked or rescheduled tickets.
Requests made after the scheduled departure time.
Promotional, discounted, or special fare tickets unless otherwise stated.
4. Rebooking / Rescheduling Policy
Rebooking or rescheduling is allowed only once per ticket.
Requests must be made at least one (1) day before the scheduled trip.
Rescheduling beyond two (2) days from the original travel date may not be accommodated.
Rebooked or rescheduled tickets become strictly non-refundable
Fare differences resulting from schedule or price changes shall be charged accordingly.
5. Trip Changes & Operational Adjustments
GV Florida Transport, Inc. reserves the right to:
Change seat assignments.
Adjust fares and pricing.
Cancel or delay trips due to operational, weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, affected passengers may be offered:
Rebooking to the next available trip, or
Refunds subject to company assessment and applicable policies.
